This is an open bid sales event, open to public. 

No dealer license needed. 

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID.

 All bidders must registered to bid, in person and online. Only the registered bidder may claim the vehicle. If you need help or a rush approval, call our office and we will walk you through the process. Have your driver’s license/ID ready.

HOW DO I BID? 

The live auction will take place starting at 6:30PM ET the day of the auction. To bid before the live auction login to the website, HammerTimeAA.com. Click View and you will see the vehicles running. Enter a Quick Bid or a Proxy Bid to participate. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WON ? 

Login and check your dashboard for Won Vehicle alerts.  It is your responsibility to check to see if you are the highest bidder. If you are the high bidder at the end of a sale you will also receive an email including an invoice and the next steps regarding vehicle payment and pick up.

IF- BID

An IF bid is a bid placed below the reserve price of an item. Although the bidder is not declared the winner at the end of the auction, they may be contacted by the auctioneer with a counter-offer to purchase the item. The bidder should check their dashboard or email to find out if they have received a counter-offer.

HOW DO I PAY? 

We accept cash, cashier's checks, business checks, and credit cards 

(all credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee).

If the vehicle has keys they will be provided once payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? 

The vehicles will be billed and can be removed once auction is fully over and all items are paid for.

VEHICLE PAYMENT AND PICK UP

Payment is due at the end of the auction. Vehicle pick up is required by the Friday following the auction at 5:30pm local time, unless other arrangements have been made.

GREEN LIGHT OVER $1500 THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO CHECK IT OUT, NEEDS TO BE DONE BY TUESDAY AT 6PM

ONCE THE VEHICLE IS PAID FOR IT IS THEIRS!!!!

ANYTHING UNDER $1500 EVEN IF GREEN LIGHT IS SOLD AS IS

IF RED LIGHT AND BRINGS OVER $1500 IT STILL HAS TO BE PAID FOR
